AZMUTHE ("AZMUTHE," "we," "us," or "our"), a Veyri Labs company based in Miami, Florida, provides AI agents that answer calls and messages, qualify leads, and book appointments for service businesses ("Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact details you submit (name, business name, email, phone number) when you book a call or contact us.
• Business information you share during onboarding (pricing, services, scheduling rules, FAQs).
• Messages you send to our chat agent or to AZMUTHE-operated phone numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via standard web logs and analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the site.

Information processed on behalf of clients

When we operate an agent for a client, we process end-customer communications (calls, texts, chats, form submissions) on that client's behalf as a service provider / data processor. The client is the controller of that data.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, train, and improve the Services and the AI agents we deploy.
• To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver requested information.
• To send service communications and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client or end-customer data to train third-party AI models.

3. Calls, texts, and messaging

Conversations handled by an AZMUTHE agent may be recorded, transcribed, logged, and reviewed for quality and training. By using an AZMUTHE-operated channel you consent to this processing. SMS programs operate under TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.

4. How we share information

• With service providers and subprocessors who help us operate the Services (e.g., telephony, calendar, CRM, payment, and AI infrastructure providers), under contract.
• With our clients, for communications we process on their behalf.
• When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

5. Data security & retention

We encrypt data in transit and at rest and apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk. On the Elite tier we operate in a HIPAA-aware manner and can provide Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) on request. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. For data we process on a client's behalf, please direct requests to that client; we will assist them as their processor.

7. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
